Breast Conditions

Breast conditions cover a wide range of issues that can affect people of all ages and genders. Many breast problems are benign (non-cancerous) and manageable, but it’s important to monitor changes closely, as some conditions may require more specialized care.

• New lump or mass in the breast or underarm
• Persistent breast pain or swelling
• Changes in skin texture or nipple appearance
• Nipple discharge, especially if bloody or persistent

• Clinical breast examination and imaging (mammogram, ultrasound)
• Needle biopsy for suspicious lumps
• Medication or drainage for infections
• Surgical removal for symptomatic or suspicious masses
